We want you to love your RSPCA fashion purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery to support our mission. All returns must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to ensure we can continue raising vital funds for animals in need.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
